Grinding multiplies the surface exposed to air, which is why ground coffee fades so much faster. Keep it somewhere cool and dark, out of the fridge, and ideally in an airtight storage container that pushes the air out as the bag empties. If you have a grinder, buy whole beans. If you do not, buy smaller bags more often. Which grind do I need?
