We sell Jura and stock the genuine consumables, but we are not an authorised Jura service centre. Jura servicing and warranty work go through Jura on 1300 285 872. We would rather tell you that before you buy than after.

Above roughly 100 cups a day the limit stops being the machine and starts being the queue. Jura's GIGA professional machines have twin boilers and twin pumps, so milk and coffee are prepared at the same time rather than one behind the other. These are what go into a large office floor, a hotel breakfast service or a staff canteen. Both need a bench that can take them, and the X8c needs a plumbed water point.

Work from cups per day, not staff numbers. Up to about 100 cups the X10 is the machine, and it is the only professional Jura that also makes cold brew. At 150 cups you want a GIGA X3, or the X3c if you have a water point. At 200 cups, or if the problem is a queue at 10am rather than the daily total, the GIGA X8c makes two drinks at once. Beans, milk, and consumables. The consumables are a CLARIS filter, 3-phase cleaning tablets and milk system cleaner. The GIGA machines take the CLARIS Pro Smart maxi, which holds 750 litres. While a CLARIS filter is fitted most Jura machines stop prompting to descale altogether, which is the main reason to run one. Everything is in Jura Commercial Accessories.

Free delivery, setup and a training session across Melbourne metro on every machine we sell. Outside metro Melbourne we will quote freight. Plumbing is the one thing we cannot do for you: a mains water connection has to be run by a licensed plumber. Once the water point is in, we handle the rest of the commissioning, which means connecting the machine, fitting the filter, setting grind, dose and temperature, and running your team through how to use it and how to clean it. Worth booking the plumber before the machine arrives rather than on the day.
We do not offer in-house leasing, but most of our machines are eligible for business financing through major lenders. Get in touch and we can point you in the right direction.
