Drip by drip Cold Bruer's slow hypnotic process unmasks the natural sweetness, and full-bodied origin flavors of any coffee you brew. Slow drip methodology eliminates the risk of over extraction, a common issue with full immersion cold brewing.

The process is quite visually appealing - the Cold Bruer has 3 levels: the water, the coffee grounds and the coffee collection chamber. Water slowly drips down the water chamber and into the coffee chamber, slowly saturating the coffee grounds and continuing through to the coffee carafe. Cold Bruer's counter worthy design is made from all high quality materials including: Borosilicate Glass, Stainless Steel, and Food Grade Silicone. IT’S A REAL ALL-IN-ONE BREWER
With the FrankOne placed over the Glass carafe, a seal around the brewer creates a tight seal so no air can get in to the carafe. To begin the brewing process, add your medium ground coffee and hot or cold water to the top carafe. When your desired brew time elapses, press the button and air is than pumped out of the carafe, creating a vacuum under the brewer that pulls the brewed coffee from the top vessel through mesh filter in to the carafe below.
