Delivery

Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- An order confirmation email is sent once your order is placed — please keep this as proof of purchase.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout.
Tracking
All Australian orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at thebeanery@thebeanery.com.au or reach out to the courier directly using your tracking number.
Authority to Leave
If you select authority to leave at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered as instructed. Please contact us immediately if there are any issues.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Refunds
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an item different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebeanery@thebeanery.com.au.
- Include photos of the item and packaging as proof of the issue.
- Do not dispose of the item — we may require it to be returned.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under the ACL.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on:
- Coffee beans or ground coffee once opened (for hygiene reasons).
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
