A milk fridge that sits beside the machine and holds milk at 4 degrees, so the milk in the line is as cold as milk out of the fridge. Cold milk textures better, and milk sitting at room temperature next to a coffee machine is a food safety problem waiting to happen.
Which size
- 1.0 L (1.1 litre container), black or white. For a home machine or a small office. Roughly a morning's worth of milk drinks.
- 2.5 L, black. For professional machines. If you are running a GIGA X3 or X8c, or an X10 in a busy office, the 1.1 litre container becomes a job someone has to do two or three times a day. The 2.5 litre also has the locking mechanism as standard, which matters in a shared space.
How it cools
Peltier cooling rather than a compressor, so there is no noise and no vibration next to the machine. It holds the container roughly 25 degrees below the ambient temperature of the room and shows the actual temperature on the front, with a level indicator so you can see the milk running low without opening it.

Which machines
It works alongside any Jura automatic machine with a milk system. The 2.5 L is designed around the X and GIGA X professional lines. To have the machine communicate with the cooler wirelessly you need Smart Connect or Wi-Fi Connect fitted plus the optional Wireless Transmitter. Without those it still works perfectly well as a cooler, it just does not talk to the machine.
