Rocket Giotto's middle of the range machine, the Evoluzione v2 comes in a beautiful stainless steel body with a commercial standard rotary pump and e61 group head.

With a 1.8 litre boiler with Heat Exchanger; this machine allows you to pull cafe quality espresso shots while also frothing a large jug with it's high pressure, dry steam.

With the silent and robust Rotary pump, the Evoluzione is also able to be plumbed in, removing the need to refill the water tank or empty the drip tray. Of course this doesn't mean you have to, but the option is there if you decide to the renovate the kitchen in a few years.
